Marsh Bluet (Enallagma ebrium)

Identification: Adult male- A blue-type bluet with simiar sized black on S3-5, slightly larger on S6 and extensive on S7. S8 & 9 are blue with S10 being black with a small amount of blue ventrally. The cerci are distinctly forked assisting with the separation of other similar bluets. The photograph below is of one of the few photographed or observed in Virginia.
